Invitation of suppliers to submit their central database registration report

Prospective suppliers are hereby requested as per Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulation (14) (1) (a) to register on the Municipal Database 2020-2021 Financial Year and National Treasury’s central Supplier Database at https://secure.csd.gov.za.

The Municipality requires suppliers to submit the following documents:

• Copy of company registration certificate(CRC)
• Copy of identity documents of sole proprietors & director appearing on CRC.
• Tax Compliance Certificate TCC together with Tax Compliance Status TCS or CSD Full report.
• Certified copy of BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for exempted micro or small enterprise.

Failure to submit your CSD Report will result discontinuation of a business relationship with the municipality due to non-compliance.
